The Liberty Hotel, Boston, Massachusetts
The Liberty Hotel may not have been pet friendly back in 1851 (when it was the Charles Street Jail), but since the former clinger is now one of Boston’s most unique luxury hotels, two pets of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Four-legged guests receive treats, a bed and bowls at check-in, but they’re really just there for the Yappier Hours held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 pm until 8 pm in the Courtyard. Pampered pouches are treated to a doggy-themed cocktail menu and treats at the outdoor bar, so be sure to check in after April 11th when the season kicks off.
Rosewood Washington D.C. in Washington, D.C.
When in D.C. with your pooch, consider the Rosewood Washington, D.C. for their sweet offering for sassy sidekicks: they welcome two dogs per room weighing less than 50 lbs. Your furry friends are gifted a dog bed, food bowl and a dog-friendly amenity to use while on property and they also offer customized pet sitting, walks, overnight stays and more, through an on-site, third-party provider. L’Ermitage, Beverly Hills, California

In your suite you’ll find a custom dog bed, leash, food, plush pet toys plus water bowls, and dog walking services can be arranged through the concierge. Pet stays are subject to a $50 fee with 50% of the pet fee donated to Wags and Walks, a local adoption center and community that works to support and promote shelter dogs through their family-friendly foster and adoption programs.

The captivating island of St. Bart’s is currently open to US travelers and best in class resort, Le Barthelemy Hotel & Spa, welcomes pets, in addition to humans looking to vacation in private. All that sounds pretty swanky to us, but we’re also sure your pup will be happy just exploring the two miles of exclusive white-sand beach, that’s prime turf for digging and playing.
The Rittenhouse, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Located on Philadelphia’s iconic Rittenhouse Square, The Rittenhouse is an award-winning hotel of choice for the sophisticated traveler and their furry best friend. VIPs (Very Important Pooches) receive a complimentary personalized pet bowl and dog goodies prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef upon check-in, and they can enjoy a special BONE Appétit menu throughout their stay. For $125 a night, you’ll get in-room dog beds and food bowls, access to dog walking services by Wagtime DC (walks + babysitting) and chef-prepared dog meals (such as air chilled chicken with brown rice and apple, or ranch-raised beef with caramelized onions and mashed potatoes). Sounds pretty swanky to us. The Watergate is also launching an exhibit in partnership with the American Kennel Club’s Museum of the Dog that will showcase Presidential art and memorabilia tied to their pets from FDR’s Falah, Nixon’s Checkers, Laura Bush’s beloved Miss Beazley and more.

Weekapaug Inn, Westerly, Rhode Island
All of the Ocean House Collection hotels (Ocean House and Weekapaug Inn on Rhode Island’s Atlantic Shore and Inn at Hastings Park in Lexington, Massachusetts) recognize that dogs are an important part of the family and want you to bring them along for the trip! They’re also the only hotel brand in the city that eliminates the pet fees and size/weight limit, meaning all pets stay free! This year, they’re even partnered with Wag! to offer guests premium pet walking, sitting and boarding services while on property, plus a full month of complimentary access to Wag!
