Shields, 57, shared some snaps of her chilly adventures and winter outings on social media earlier today, Dec. 21, reminiscing, “#FirstDayOfWinter moods from many moons ago…,” in the caption. The six images–which weren’t dated but clearly taken at different stages of the actress’ life–showed Shields enjoying the cool air and freshly fallen snow in some pretty picturesque locations and making some iconic fashion choices, which the model couldn’t help but point out as well, asking followers, “which outfit would you pick? ❄️☃️🤍.” The first caught Shields strutting a deep purple snowsuit, white ski jacket, matching turtleneck, and baby pink statement earmuffs that took the shape of rose petals. The model was holding a gray scarf and appeared to be at a ski resort. The second snap is where things got serious, showing Shields grimacing into the camera while sitting in the snow wearing nothing but a cream and gray striped cardigan, knit hat, and lacy pants–burr! Shields headed back to the ski lodge in the third and fifth photos, donning a white belted ski suit, a matching fleece turtle neck, and white ski boots; she was ready to hit the slopes. Her accessories for the day included gold hoops, goggles she wore around her neck, and a set of skis. She also snuck in a candid shot from a different ski trip, where she was photographed standing in front of frosted trees, giggling and wearing yet another white ski jacket. This time, the star added a pop of color with her complimentary multi-color hat and yellow gloves. Separate from her winter sports, the A Castle for Christmas star made sure to include a beautiful portrait of herself all bundled up in a brown chunky turtleneck sweater and knit hat, smiling between snow-covered branches with the icicles dangling off them. Outfit number two and four seemed to be most popular among fans who shared their votes in the comments, so while it may be difficult to choose just one of these looks for our winter 2022-2023 mood board, we can say one thing is for sure: Brooke Shields made a case for white winter coats.
