They have called their baby Siena Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi, with Siena’s middle name paying tribute to her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II. The news was released on the royal family’s official Instagram account along with the cutest picture of baby Siena’s footprints. In the caption, Beatrice and Edoardo were quoted as saying, ““We are all doing well and Wolfie is the best big brother to Sienna.” Wolfie is Edoardo’s 5-year-old son from his previous marriage to architect Dara Huang. Siena was born weighing 6 pounds and 2 ounces just before midnight on September 18 at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital in London. The birth of Beatrice’s baby has bumped Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugeniefurther down the line of succession—Beatrice and Edoardo’s child replaces her as 11th in line to the throne, while Eugenie’s seven-month-old son August Brooksbank has found himself in spot #13. Beatrice and Edoardo were married in an intimate ‘pandemic wedding’ in July 2020, which was attended by a handful of their family members including the queen. As well as naming her daughter after her grandmother, Beatrice paid tribute to her grandmother by wearing a diamanté-encrusted dress for her wedding that the queen previously wore to the 1967 State Opening of Parliament. In May 2021, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together. Next up, Here’s Why the Royal Women—the Queen, Kate, and Camilla—Wore Colorless Jewels to Prince Philip’s Funeral
