Currently, the 54-year-old appears to be enjoying some time in Ecuador; he took a few moments from his time away to share some of his new dance moves in a short video on Instagram. Using the waves filter, Smith danced on a path with beautiful palm trees in the background to the song “Zapateando Juyayay” by Jayac. He first put his hands above his head to replicate the well-known “Genie in a Bottle” dance, before making it look like he was twerking. Smith captioned the video, “I’m a genie in a bottle baby #Ecuador.” Although it’s not confirmed, Smith could also be referencing his past role as the Genie in the Disney live-action adaptation of Aladdin in 2019. The video currently has over 1.7 million likes. Actor and comedian Brian Moller, who is known as B Mo the Prince on TikTok, commented on the video in support of Smith, writing, “😂😂😂😂🙌🙌🙌 my mans out here dippin his toe in the water bit by bit 😂😂😂 WE GOTCHU DAWG!!” Smith has been in the country for at least a month, as he previously shared some moments from the trip on Instagram, such as when a peacock hung out at his window, which he captioned, “Why are these animals following me everywhere??” Although Smith released an apology shortly after the Oscars incident in which he hit Chris Rock, his first major return to the public eye was a long video on YouTube addressing it and apologizing again. Shortly after, Smith started posting on social media again, and according to his IMDb, he has many acting and producing projects on the docket. More News:
